  • Co-Facilitated a workshop at the IDG Summit in Stockholm, Sweden

  • Launched Intergenerational Co-Mentoring at the ITAC Conference in Auckland, NZ

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Titles “The Power of Intergenerational Thinking, Jean and Zoey discuss the journey, process, and benefits of being co-mentors. How can the principles of their mentorship be applied to other situations? Please contact us more details if you are interested in booking our talk!

  • First debuted at The New School in 2024, Jean and Zoey pair up co-mentors of different ages and guide them through the process of creating a non-hierarchical relationship. The pairs will get to know each other through creative assignments and the course culminates with a presentation from each pair.

  • A condensed version of 12 week course, this workshop is open to mentor pairs or individuals. This course will explore the building blocks of a co-mentorship, and how to apply them in any given industry
